Resource Allocation
Our dispatching systems are built to assign tasks to the most appropriate resources by factoring in location, availability, skill sets, urgency, and even specific requests or preferences. This ensures the right team responds at the right time.
Route Optimization
Using advanced technology, our Communication Centers provide the most efficient routes of travel. Real-time data on traffic, road closures, and weather conditions are continuously incorporated to ensure safe and timely response.
Real-Time Tracking and Communications
Dispatchers and call-takers maintain constant oversight of all air and ground units through real-time tracking. Communication is supported by an advanced phone system, P-25 700-800 MHz statewide public safety radio networks, and satellite radio systems—allowing for uninterrupted coordination and response.
Incident Management
All call-takers are trained in Advanced Emergency Medical Dispatch (EMD), certified by the International Academies of Emergency Dispatch (IAED). This training equips them to follow strict protocols, deliver life-saving pre-arrival instructions, assess emergencies, prioritize calls, and deploy the most appropriate resources. Flight Communicators receive additional aviation-focused training, giving them essential knowledge of aviation terminology, regulations, and safety procedures.
System Integration
Our Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) platform integrates with a wide range of critical systems. These integrations enhance logistics, improve efficiency, and strengthen overall safety across operations.
